Lemon and cherry fizzy water (still mineral water is also good if you don’t like the fizz):
- 16 oz of sparkling mineral water
- 2 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 2 muddled lemon slices
Tart Cherry has been shown to decrease pain of all kinds including neuropathy pain and joint pain. It also helps with melatonin production for better night’s sleep. The amount of sugar in 2 oz of tart cherry juice (as long as its pure) is negligible. We really like R.W. Knudsen Family Just Tart Cherry or Lakewood Pure Tart Cherry juice.
